Its a beautiful place one could ever prefer to live in and so is the budget!! 1)Flats are basic and construction is good. 2)Connectivity is the key for those residing here as every government and non government best hospitals,offices are within 5 km. 3)Behind the society its a farm land which adds serenity to this place and definitely a pure air to get.

Located in Jay Malhar Colony, Walhekarwadi Chinchwad. Having 3 no of wings wing A, B and C. Security guard and Lift facilities are available.

Architect planning is not good....... As I see, most of high rated reviews and feedbacks are not from flat owners....
