The place is really beautiful. They could maintain it better. My wedding shoot happened to be there, and photos came out pretty well. It was dusty inside. For the kind of fee they charge for photography, it can be maintained well. They added 18% gst, which is a luxury tax. The bill doesn't seem to be genuine.

The place is so calm and peaceful. Not open for public actually. But you can rent it for shootings and other purposes. Adequate parking facilities available. The architecture and engineering you can see here is something beyond commendable. You can see the real 'Thachusasthram' and 'Vasthushasthram' followed here, and not like todays business 'sasthrams'. It has been modified many times. There were only 2 courtyards, 3 rooms (labour room, storage room and one other room) at first, but it's extended and have 4 courtyards and other rooms for people working and staying there. You will love this place, it's architecture and engineering. But not that much accessible for the public.

Best place for professional photography. Too much spots are there. Old model 'Naalukettu' house, garden' fishing pool etc are there. Very very good atmosphere is there. Located centre to the city but a village like appearance over the compound.

Please change the security persons... They got the real 'attitude' mentality... They are spoiling the name of Mitraniketan and the great Viswanathan sir... Hope new manager would handle this issue...
