Arulmigu Nandeeswarar Temple - Hindu temple in Nandhivaram, Guduvancheri - Chengalpattu, India

Very neatly maintained. Two ponds with lot of water. Here swarna bairavar is very special. Perumal also is there. Very spacious. Temple entrance is different. We can take darshan of both Lord Shiva and Amman in same place.

Very beautiful temple and you feel blessed whenever you go there. Recently renovated and well maintained ancient temple (NANDEESWARAR) and lot of special God statue is here. It's located very close to GST road and all of you should visit and get the blessings of Lord Shiva.

It is an ancient Siva temple built by Nanthivarman of pallava regime.Temple is quite good.please visit this temple toget the blessings of lord Shiva.Temple is getting ready for kumbabishakam.Temple is built about 1500 years ago.Please do visit this ancient temple in Guduvancheri Temple renovation work is completed and temple is opened to the public .Temple looks good.with lot of paintings freshly painted and looks majestic .Plese do visit the temple Guduvancheri to get the blessings of.lord Siva.l have taken some photographs which are attached.

We went here on Annabishekam (iypasi pournami - once in a year) day without knowing it.. Had blissful nearby darshan for more time and received anna prasadham.. Had our tummy full.. Can't forget this day.. Will visit again on day time.. Temple pond was very long and unique.. Must go place.. Om nama shivaya

Visited this ancient temple today, since it was a pradosham. The temple as per priest is around 1500 yrs old. Temple facing east, No rajagopuram, No kodimaram. Though there is a enterance in the east, but they have made it mandatory to enter the temple through the south, and the exit is through the east. Sort of a nice system, which is helpful when there are lot of crowds. There is a temple gate in the east which is closed by the way, and people enter and exit the temple from the south entrance. Lord Nandeeswarar faces east, while Ambal Soundaraya Nayaki faces south. Both of them are so majestic, and so wonderful to look at. Both the lord and ambal present in same complex. No dwarapalakar in this temple for the lord as well as for the ambal, instead in their place, pillayar and murugan are standing. Wonderful atmosphere, good amount of people, singing various songs about the lord. Had a very good darshan of the lord and ambal. Felt so happy and excited. Sad to know that the temple tank is really in a worst condition, with lot of encroachments too i believe. Overall a good temple to visit.

Ancient shiva temples. It is more than 1500 yrs old.renovation work going on not able to make dharshan.but had excellent dharshan of lord nandhi . And the Palayam of shiva and goddes . very clam and peace Atmosphere. Must visit the temple once on your life time Om namah shivaya
