The main diety of coimbatore district. Very powerful god. It's car festival is very famous. This temple has separate worship places for vinayagar, murugar, mahalakshmi and navagrahas. The temple is located at the heart of the city close to town hall. Easily reachable when travelled in bus, train, taxi, own vehicles.

A popular temple in the coimbatore city , so expect crowds on weekends. Temple is neatly maintained but there will be no peace due to too much crowd. Either visit early on weekends or visit on a weekday. Parking is available just opposite to the temple and there are restaurants near to the temple . Exploring and praying in this temple wouldn't take more than an hour.
