Worst experience ever had on a hospital visit, today from mrng 8am to 3pm waited at hospital for regular monthly check up, irrespective of time for test, check ups and reports, waited hardly 4+ hrs for doctor consultation alone. No proper pre booking system, not following as per the appointment record and no follow up on queuing too. Staffs in blood lab working at their convienent and producing reports....

Seriously we will get much scare by seeing those doctor and nurses behaviour... I went for an check up made to wait for hours and hours even after getting appointments... And this doctor tamilselvi is consulting 3 patients at a time which was an acquard situation... Nurses are yelling at the patients... See we are not getting any consultation free... We people are paying the amount whatever you hospital people says...and this doctor said just go and lie I have to do an tvs scan... And am waiting fore more than 15 minutes ... After finishing up also she did not tell me that I can woke up... And she is talking to the next patient without telling me that I am done with the scan... And then she told me to keep some tablets....so the nurse wayed me to labour room... I don't know who is the lady whether she is cleaning person or something else who medicated me... Had such an d worst experience with that lady... So please treat the patients with some basic manners or else people close your hospitals and better sit at your home.

I don't get any star lesser than 1 so gave it.. Such a worst experience I have heard ppl saying GH way of treating but i witnessed it. I had a sugery on cyst removal. 1st nurse at labor room told ethuku ivlo case varuthu(that is how she addressed me) .Secondly a lady who gave a TT shot said seekaram enaku inom evlo per irukunga. Thirdly at OT room, OT nurse said aiya ithu ethuku vanthirku inom evlo varum. Before operation they asked my consent in blank paper, I asked why nothing is written the nurse said she is busy Seriously.. My bill amount was 23961 for one day and pls tell all your nurse I idint take any free treatment at your hospital. First appoint educated nurses and change vision and mission .

I had gone in emergency having a deep cut in my finger,Dr.Robert quickly reached on call and did the needful. He patiently explained me about the need to follow instructions for quick healing and complications that could come if not. Thank you so much.

I want to give only half star but there is no option for that. The hospital follows token system. For the day they start the token by 7am and asks us to come in-person mandatorily to get the token number. But the nurses in the hospital will accept telephone booking to their friends and acquaintances which is absurd. People like me travel 20 kms to come to this hospital to get the token and even when I'm at the hospital by 7am I could see 8-10 token already filled. Not sure why Dr.Tamilselvi doesn't take care of hospital management. Being a good doctor is not enough when the patients (customer according to them) services are not done as per the standards that is placed by the hospital itself. The Suggestions/complaint number is same as the reception number. There is no waiting lobby inside the hospital, when you are with a OP patient as attender you have to sit outside that too if by chance you get the seat. Hospital atmosphere is so clumsy and for cleanliness i say only 2/10. You have to wait long hours before you could see the doctor. If you are ready to spend the whole day in the hospital even for a simple check up you can choose this hospital else if you care about time please don't waste them by coming to this hospital.

Don't have below 1 Star rating, worst behaviour by staffs. They just write name but not following orders. Outside patients baby's weight checking on the reception with uncleaned drum. And restroom cleanness is 5 star category

Such a worst place I have ever seen . I am 4 months in my pregnancy and just yesterday I went there for emergency checkup due to high abdominal pain , and when Dr.tamil selvi came she was just shouting at me by saying today is Sunday and I never have any OP patients during eekends . She just asking what pain? What pain ? Everyone goes through pregnancy , don't just act by urself , I am visiting Dr.devika from GKS clinic in Market arch trichy , such a wonderful doctor I ever met , just a day I went to arul and got very bad experience, she never check our past medical historical reports ,and gave me an injection by saying this injection will prevent abortion , I am unable to believe her so immediately left that hospital by paing consulting fee 500 . Never visit that hospital . She never respects anyone . Such a worst doctor she is ...

Worst service unskilled unhumane staffs ..money minded...don't visit this hospital focusing only on Caesarean birth
