Artech Lake View - Apartment complex in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

We have 5 days living this place of Trivandrum. it is a beautiful multistoried accommodation apartment with parking space. balcony view is super.near Aakulam lake view is amazing.flats are available for rent in OYO rooms.staff are cooperate.

I live next to these flats. And man do I envy those lucky people who love there. Not sure of how life is in the flats but it was security, gym, play areas for kids and the view if the lake is to die for. Some of the flats are for rent. But expect an expensive rent.

Nice infrastructure from the trusted group Artech. Good view of akkulam backwaters and lulu mall. Good aminities will be there once the lulu mall opens, as it is only walkable distance from there. I think, more than around 500 flats are there in that apartment buildings.

Nice flat thay even maintained an Oyo for their customers who enjoy lake view ,most of the rooms are occupied by couples ....it's a fact tooo. But the view was awsome

Its a great place to live if you are looking for a comfortable, convenient, and safe place

We have the Best living place of Trivandrum. Close to Everything good, Far from the maddening Crowd.Friendly community with wide range of demographics: young professionals, families, retired folks. The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations. Grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Lots of open green space and sidewalks.The best thing to describe is scenery next to the building , the staffs are helpful and good at their jobs , better parking slots , gym has to be improved , swimming pool and indoor courts are provided for us, am very pleased at the attention that has been given me. You have made my transition a pleasant experience.The staff member followed up with service request by letting me know what had been done while I was out. Although there is a problem that still needs to be fixed, they have been keeping me informed as to how they plan to solve the problem. I am very happy with the apartment.I am very happy with the service. Joshua was very professional,very polite ,very helpful ,very knowledgable and efficient. I was very happy with all he did to get me here.every thing i have asked for has been done very timely.I am very happy with the service.generally every one who works for the complex are very polite and helpful.
