Good rooms for middle class people who wants home food , just 2 mins away from beach, good area around the plot for kids. They provide home food which is very good, santosh ,ganpat are at your service, they are very co operative. Home made food they serve is awesome. Overall a good stay within budget of 2100-2200 , food charges extra. When you will reach bhairavnath tenple take right for arte cottage, 2-3 cars parking available. Overall satisfied

Close to the beach & yet a Tranquil place. Food is absolutely great and homely!!.

The place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Out of noise, pollution surrounded by trees. The rooms are neat and clean. Service is good. Priya Arte madam owner of the cottage is very helpful, caring and nice person. The gr8 advantage is that cottage is just 2 min walking distance from beach. Great homestay for family and within budget.

Peaceful and relaxing Homestay type option in the lap of Mother Nature. Its located just 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. Both Mr and Mrs Arte are very courteous and guided us very well. The food offered (not included in the room rent - consists mostly of either veg meal or non-veg meal as per preference) is home-made and simply awesome. There is a cottage with 4 rooms for big groups and family stay. There are couple of separate rooms, named Sun (upper floor) and Sand (ground floor). We stayed in the Sun room. Nice and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. Sufficient water available, with heater for hot-water. the surroundings are tranquil and relaxing.

It's good to stay in Arte. You have hardly 500 mtr need to walk to reach beach. The food really very nice and homely.

Worst Experience, The AC was not working at Day and night time, The owner told us he can't do any thing if the AC is not working. He populously switched off the Main Connection in which all the Ac's was connected, Fan and light was there it it was not a power cut. The resort was not maintend. The owner mis Guided us that there were no food available nearby because its a village and we have to order from them only. But in 5 minuit walking distance there is a very good and big Malwani resturant, they serve good Malwani veg and non veg food. And also for dinner we bought chicken from outside and there in the market area in Chondi people are there who cook food and take very nominal charge. Over all experience is not good...

We had an enjoyable stay at Arte Cottage. Just 2 mins away from Kihim beach, the surroundings were very peaceful and serene. The cottage had well maintained clean rooms & Service was very good. The best part was Food - very tasty. Thanks to Swapnil & his parents who took every care of our stay. Overall an excellent experience.

Nice experience staying in the room named " Swami" at Arte Cottage, homestay kind of, beautiful exterior wih lot of plants and trees, nice interior, small open area to accomodate maximum of two family cars, payment mode is cash only or account transfer, very near to sea beach.
