Recently attended happiness programme by ART OF LIVING and the experience was very amazing. Here I got Confidence and clarity of mind. When i did sudarshan kriya for the very first time i felt deep peace.In nutshell it was awesome stress relieving experience with nice people. The courses offered here are very simple in terms of learning, but have great effect in achieving higher state of mind. I genuinely recommend to take courses offered here, if you are facing some problems in life or if you are going through a rough patch of life in terms of fatigue, fears, anger problem management, etc.
