The day I arrived, they were cleaning the kitchen and the entire corridor was filled with cockroaches. Super dirty, also the receptionist will behave as if he is the owner of Taj Hotels Even if people choose to spend some personal time with their loved ones in one of these rooms, they will invite embarrassment and nothing else. Can't even call it a hotel. Pathetic would be an understatement.
Such a disappointment !!! They showed us a room which was worst than my storage room. They put us in a different room where there wasn't even water, tissue or toilet rolls !!! Just a room with AC. There wasnt even 1% of cleanliness and I would never ever want to stay in such places. After this horrible experience, we did not even have our breakfast which was included in the stay... You can imagine the horror ! This is just NOT FAB !!! Its a Shame !!!
Room was very dirty. When at first I entered the room. It was full of cockroach. Also I asked them for water. They ask me for a money and I asked service guy for bucket but he did not provide the breakfast was only one burn end with tea they did not provided any tissue and was nothing inside the washroom. Hotel was so dirty Wi-Fi not working so I choose to check out the hotel very disappointed. Thank you
Stayed on July 19th 2023. Room no.211. This is the worst room and experience I had. Even after repeatedly requested to change room twice, they didn't. I even saw someone else too complaining and requesting to change room Room walls were broken. Bathroom handles were broken. Sheets were used/old not changed. When asked, they said it was changed then only. Water was coming from bathroom to room. When complained and requested to change room, they placed towels to absorb the water. When AC was offed, Room was stinking, when complained and requested to change room, they sprayed room freshner. Worst experience was at night, while in sleep, I felt something was moving beside. To my horror, I saw BIG RAT on my bed next to me running to the broken Hall and then it went to the roof. After that couldn't sleep. Never ever I will stay at this hotel or at any other FAB hotels.

One of the worst experience I have faced with the hotel. I checked out from the hotel in only one day but they didn't mark It checke out. I found used condoms in the washroom. Bed bugs in the bed. Changed my room 4 times in one night.
Staying in this hotel was a horrible experience. Rooms are not clean. Very poor in maintenance. Absolutely worthless for this charges. They don't even have coffee cups to serve.
