Arshinagar Farmhouse - Resort hotel in Kolkata, Raypur - 24 Paraganas South, India

Have mixed feelings about our stay here. It is pet-friendly which is a huge bonus. Food quality is good and the location is also great. However some rooms like the one we stayed are not good. However a friend's family got a great room. So the onus is on you to choose the room carefully. Room service is charged extra at 10% but basic rules like putting a foil on the dish while bringing it to the room is not followed - it is clear that the staff needs some more training. Most of the staff are cordial and friendly but a couple of guys are rude - breakfast was served at around 8:30 (even though timing is 7-9), and while coming back from dining area to the room we were rudely reminded that the check out time is at 10. Such encounters ruin the nice experience of the stay. Anyway, there is room for improvement and I'll give this place a another chance.
