ARS.Residency - Lodge in Ranipet - Ranipet, India

Had to stay here for a friend's wedding. Booked on my own. Location: it is on highway, deserted. You can get into town within 3-4 km (Walajapet). Rooms: A bit old, desparate for upkeep. Still was not bothered as we had to spend the night and move on. Service: This was abysmal. We bare minimum expected hot water for bath. This was not available. The excuse was pathetic, solar water heaters don't work during cold nights (Please, I've stayed in hostel for 4 years and we had hotwater issue only during rains) . Was there with my toddler daughter and we wanted to atleast give her a towel bath, so asked for hot drinking water. No surprise, it was also not available. Was disappointed as I paid in advance. (Rs1500 for one night stay)

The hotel's staff behaviour is the worst.We had booked 3 rooms in advance to go there and when we reached there the rooms were in pathetic condition.We were hoping it to be in ground floor but it was 3rd floor,our old-age parents weren't able to climb the stairs the lift was working.We then decided to cancel and had asked him to give at least 50 percent of refund.Then they did not agree and started giving stupid reasons like"they didn't give others room bcoz we had booked it earlier",but the whole hotel was empty, except for 2 guests.They started arguing with my aunts and almost speaking vulgur language.We had to argue for 30mins still they didn't listen to us . Please find a good hotel, there are plenty of hotels in ranipet.

Average hotel. Pros include Spacious and Clean rooms and towels. Cons include No kitchen or restaurant. Out of city. Limited connectivity of cab and auto rikshaw. Owner can arrange auto rikshaw from the city which charge 20% more than market rate. Dinner n lunch can b parcel arranged from city about 3 km away. We did not went with parcel. Basic facility like coffee n tea is missing. However Cafe Coffee Day is within Tower. Overall it has limitation for connectivity with city for food n travel if u don't have own vehicle. AC rooms are a above average. Stay if u have own vehicle and u if u don't hv accommodation in city.

Not recommended, however there are very limited options to choose while visiting this region. The beds and restrooms are not clean. The staff at first was rude but later seemed okay. You have a cafe coffee day below this property which is the only relief. Also for some strange reason they didn't accept card as a payment option, better to carry cash if your visiting this place. I would rate this place below standard for a listing under OYO.

Very worst room... Completely different rooms showed in photo... Wasted our money ... Water gets inside room when it rains... They don't clean room and worst service given by them stay for two days but it was raining and rooms where filled with water... Never opt for this people... They are very rude n bathroom beds are not clean, very smelly. Check in time 12 but they ask u to check in at 12:30.. they just want to take money. Very much disappointed never never never book rooms from they guys... More ars rooms are not good for couples or family people because one side full it's glass which is covered by screen sheet whatever u do people can see from outside... Worst rooms n service

Located in highways, no shops nearby and no restaurant or room service, AC is good but no hot water , ambience is not good , mostly suitable for bachelor's , parking is available for cars

Poor customer service. Overall bad experience. They cut the power sharp at 11am at checkout . They don't provide drinking water. Took 4 rooms and in that no TV in one room. No water in wash basin. Bad.

Decent hotel, quiet place, CCD right downstairs. The AC didn't have a remote and there was only a very small mirror outside the bathroom but other than that I had no issues.
