I have been attending workout programs at arrow fitness center. Earlier I had attended courses at few other gyms. But this is the only gym, where they are giving need based workout. In general, women usually gained with lower body weight. In this gym, special training is given for abdomen and lower body which will be very helpful for women. And, the trainers here are very professional and motivating. Well experienced too. Highly recommended for women.
