Please do not use this cabs service. They take up bookings and finally on the day of pick up they simply will not answer your calls and if you try from any other number they will respond as wrong number.

On Google search I booked a cab to Valparai visit for 3days. I depended on Google review only. The cab operators have professionally managed and arranged a cab. Vehicle was neat and clean. Driver is also well versed with locations with good behaviour. It was a peaceful and leisure stay for me.

It was a very good experience to book a cab with arrow cabs. Read previous reviews and booked the cab. Divya was very helpful and gave us the best deal. Car quality and driver was also as promised, very good. We went on a trip of 3-4 days to Wayanad and driver was very polite and he drove the car keeping in mind the requirements of the group. At no point we faced any hassles, neither during booking nor during travel. Will recommend their services to all. We took the second trip in Jan 2018 going by our experience of previous trip. The rates offered were quite reasonable however we did not have a very good experience with our driver. For the first few days he was okay but then he started driving very fast, using mobile while driving and was looking little annoyed a few times. Its better drivers are advised to be more gentle and polite while dealing with clients, especially on long trips.

Service is Excellent. They spend time in understanding what the Customer needs, takes permission to suggest their views and inputs. Open to any Change in plan and takes us to locations we wanted. Very Friendly and very Co-operative. Very Prompt and Punctual as well. Great work, Keep it up.

I'm so impressed with their service, professional drivers, clean car and no hidden charges. This is the first time I'm using arrow cabs and from now if there is any kind of family trip or with friends, I definitely gonna choose arrow cabs.

It is rare to find people in India who really care about the service they provide. Right from the start, the prompt emails, phone calls from Ms Diviya till the day we landed in coimbatore, we were assured of prompt and best service. And we got a nice car with a decent driver. We had booked Arrow Cabs for 3 days for our trip to Kodaikanal. The driver was good. But it was intially decided that, Arrow cabs will pay ALL Toll Charges. But the driver asked to pay us the Toll. When we told him that everything is included in the package, then he told us to speak to manager sumit. When we called the manager and told about it, he told that these are new toll and we will have to pay the amount. When we said that everything is included, then he started shouting on phone. Such a irrational behavior towards customer for 100-200 rupees. Bad service..
