Ent specialist dr. Shailesh goyal is amazing dr. Most Prefered in SGNR area Hsptl is in chiranjivi but still ENT operations are not covered you need to pay all charges so first ask them about it. I went for operation so they treat me well I don't know about normal patient as review say it's critical issue there. Reception staff are not good i also think so even in morning at 10 am injection needs to given to patient but noone came till 10.40 and also when we went to male nurse staff they don't know that injection needs to give or not .. it's kind of irresponsibility from staff. And also drinking water is always too cold like ice even in october month. I don't know why they are giving such cold water to patient in such weather. If someone hv nt cold will get cold by drinking such water. They should improve on such points
Shailesh goyal is not a doctor he is just some surgeon. He is popular but always in a hurry with no focus. Even If you have an allergy, shailesh will still recommend you surgery.
Highly disappointed with the service, will not recommend to anyone. First of all, we visited after OPD hours as it was emergency, and they charged us 3 times of normal charges and after paying that amount, they made us wait for half an hour. Also, the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, she was not at all interested in even listing to the issue, she was busy watching her movie. after collecting the money, she again started watching movie, we have to ask her 2-3 times to call doctor. What is the point of visiting in emergency and after paying 3 times if we have to wait like normal OPD. They should commit to the service and hire more professional on front desk.
Overall good but when I visit no one on the reception...... After waiting 10 minute a person come who introduce own self as receptionist..... I ask them for ENT doc nd they tell that doc is coming in 10 minute..... I waited there more than 1 hour nd than I again visit at reception...... I repeat same question???? Where's ur doc ??? Is he coming??? Nd the answer was We don't know much ..... I am not sure .... Nd i come our without solution
I had a polyp+septoplasty operation just yesterday. After giving him money post operation, the staff became careless. They didn't told us precautions about what to eat , how to sleep , what complications one can face in recovery time , no support from staff like no wheelchairs or support till parking area (as I was feeling nausea). We were left just own our own. I didn't like these things if you are taking surplus amount of money. I dont know whether all doctors are like this or what That was my first experience in hospitals.
Worst experience for me in ENT. Not at all satisfied with the way Doctor treat the patient. It seems he is not interested to listen and understand my problem. Just fixed test and medicine. Without checking of my ear he has given the ear drops. I will not recommend any one to visit this ENT doctor.
Worst doctor I have ever seen. I was having mild ringing sound in my one ear for quite a long time (one year). I consulted this doctor in Arpan hospital. Right after starting his prescribed medicines and after taking only 5 doses, the ringing sound has become from mild to severe. I am cursing myself, why did I go to this doctor. I can no more sleep. I am very young. If this problem is not fixed, then my life is ruined. He even doesn't deserve this one star.
Dr. Shailesh Goyal (MS- ENT) really a good humour, kind and polite consultant ever met. Less consultation charges, less failure of surgery but i awaited alot in queue that can be workable.
