Nice property. We stayed in a suite. Big rooms but looked like an old property. Damp walls etc. Decent room service. No complaints but not even exceptional. Food is not great for the price they charge. The breakfast was pretty ordinary. Not much of a variety. Taste wise it was okaish. The food menu is very limited for meals. Ex. Only 2 non veg options in the main course. Overall, a good property if you get it at a lower price deal. Don't spend a fortune on this one.

The property is small but nicely made. Rooms are beautiful.The staff is courteous but the service is slow. They take time to deliver items to the room as well as most of the times the mumbers go unanswered. The facilities are all great the only problem.was that the hot water would turn cool too soon so enjoying the tub was a problem.The overall stay was good. The food was good too. Extremely accommodative chefs who prepared no salt sugar meal for my 9 month old son. We had a good stay over all.

This is the worst place to stay in lavalava. Guys do not go by the photoshopped images posted by the property or paid reviews they arrange. This is one of the worst place to stay in Lonavala. 1) Rooms are too small. 2) They dont understand the concept of hygrine. 3) They dont have sufficient staff. We ordered tea and sandwich and for which we have to remind them attest 20 times. Almost 2 hours later they served our order. 4) In breakfast they have only 2-3 items. If you are taking kids with you then there hardly any food option in breakfast which suits kids. 5) The place is situated in narrow lane and parking is there in that narrow lane only. This causes extreme difficulty in parking your car. 6) The place is more like a hostel but they claim it to be a luxurious hotel. 7) The property is very small. I booked seeing the pics posted by them on which it looks like a big and spacious property. 8) Swimming pool is worst part. The water was smelly and dirty.

Excellent stay! The property is very beautiful and you will enjoy staying in the nature. I loved the food especially biryani made by Ajeet chef. Rooms are beautiful with a warm ambience. Must visit!!

Location wise the best resort and food was also delicious but service is very delayed due to less staff count litterly it was frustrating as every time I need visit reception for cleaning room and all. It was our first visit to resort and checkin time was 2 PM but before one day we got an email from them checkin time would be 12 PM so went there at 12 but suddenly they were saying checkin time is 2 PM and that mail is automatic system generated mail they are going to fix this n all but we were this is not good welcoming even all luggage we put in room ourselves due to staff limitation. Finally we got out rooms at 2: 40 PM as cleaning staff was cleaning all rooms. I would say swimming pool was best and ambience is really good. Just they need to focus service immediately. Also I found outside of room corridor some of garbage was placed as it is for day . On next day they cleaned up it.

Situated on the main road, main market approach is nice. Rooms are also well maintained. Swimming pool is also clean and maintained. Food quality is also good. Only limited dishes they offer but it has good taste.Recommended if you are looking for a resort in Lonavala.
