Today I visited Aroma Thai Spa Palladium Lower Parel for AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE.. I have been through such massages earlier in different Spa's. What I witnessed was there was no Proper Welcome and he ambiance was also not that appealing.. Treatment was good at the start but later things got hurried and even Bathrooms were not up to the mark .. Shampoo's quality was not satisfactory.. It was not worth for the cost.
I liked the foot spa very much!! I wish I could get 60 min spa session but as I went there walking at weekend evening their slots were full so I could opt only for 30min foot spa!!but overall therapy was pain relieving and relaxing!!and their front desk was also
co -operating to accommodate the session for even their slots were full!! I would like to visit the spa again with prior booking as recommended by the front desk!!
Got the 30 mins foot massage and 30 mins head, back and shoulder massage. My masseuse Laxmi was gentle yet very well trained . Varsha runs a timely, clean and good setup of aroma Thai at palladium.

Worst experience. Unprofessional people with rude attitude. Dont know how places like these even survive. Least bothered riding on their high horses. Warning people before going here instead of releasing stress, uninportant people may ruin ur day. BEWARE

Extreamly Poor Ambience, Untrained therapist from north east, Poor Quality Towels, AC doesn't work, Poor Quality Shower Area, all over zero feel good factor.
Believe me in this price you will get it better spa in near by or any other place.
One of the most relaxing foot massages I have taken... Make sure you take at least 60 or 90 min therapy.

Only negative is the setup, sometimes, it may not be as peaceful as u would want it to be... But still a must try spa...
Prices listed on their website don't match up with those presented before a treatment and after. Went for a manicure and was charged 1200, which is almost twice as much as listed on their website. It also differs from what they showed me before the treatment. I don't want to call them cheaters but they seem to have different standards for morals. The quality of the nail polish they use was just the icing on the cake. It started coming off the second day.
