"WORST QUALITY PRODUCT and HUMILIATING SERVICE" My wife purchased a bangle for our 1-year-old daughter just two months ago. We were told by Mr. Nagaraj that the bangle was suitable for daily wear. However, to our disappointment, the bangle got damaged within this short span of time. We decided to raise our concern with Mr. Nagaraj, hoping for a positive resolution. Unfortunately, the response we received from Mr. Nagaraj was quite unfavourable. He suggested that we pay an additional amount to address the poor craftsmanship. This was surprising, especially considering that we have been loyal customers for over 10 years. We have always valued our relationship with his shop. Regrettably, Mr. Nagaraj did not handle the situation well. He not only dismissed our complaint but also made us feel humiliated. It was disheartening that he chose to avoid facing the issue within his shop, making us move to a different room to discuss our concerns. He always focusses on pleasant salesmanship (Nice words), but this incident has shown us a different side when it comes to service, quality, and customer response. Given our experience, I feel compelled to advise against making purchases from this store. It is my hope that others do not encounter similar disappointing situations.
Best jewellery shop in shimoga town.. Staffs are friendly enough to show the patterns and also if u ve to order the design we like they will get it done in very short time.. Considerably making charges are bit costlier still worth for the end product. Even they have monthly scheme to invest on good and silver

Not Recommended... I've noted few points which are different from other shops 1. Making charges - Costly compared to others, after arguing they will reduce to normal value, which is very bad business trick. 2. Old ornament exchange: They will be in hurry to melt your old jewel. Very less transperancy in pricing of it. 3. Not ready to give estimation: Sales person literally told me this when asked for estimation for 3 different jewel to compare. "Tell me which one you want to buy among these, then i will tell you estimation". This never happened to me in any other shop 4. Quality: I can't say anything because they sell only 916
No matter how regular customers you are, staff and owners' attitude has changed now. U get attention only if you are purchasing heavy jewellery and customizations are not welcomed Silver purchases are least cared for Dramatic gestures from staff Regarding price one thing to be noted "All gold shopping places seem undoubtedly expensive"
