Underwent Cataract Surgery of my Father in law.. It was excellent experience.. With great support of staff and whole Arohi Team.. They are very understanding.. Their tea coffee is wow.. Atmosphere of hospital is very calm. Each and every one listens your query and address it well.. Staff at reception are very smiling and polite.. Recommended

What a wonderful experience we had at Arohi eye hospital. My son with special needs.....Karan Srivastava, who has autism, had an eye injury and had to be operated. The staff were so kind with him that he cooperated beautifully throughout the entire experience of the procedure done under anesthesia. Arohi is a super clean, quiet, efficient, effective and above all a humane hospital with a wonderful understanding of needs of everyone especially of children and persons with special needs. A big thank you to the director Dr. Shraddha and the efficient, friendly and empathetic staff. Dr. Shraddha responded immediately to my call on a Sunday which is rare for such a sought after professional and organized the entire operation smoothly. Our first stop for any eye problems will always be Arohi hospital.

My IPL TREATMENT for DRY EYE is the best suggestion given by Dr Shradha Goel . After treatment for almost 6months i have seen a drastic change and my dry eye issue is solved and i am off medications. Have been going there for general treatment and follow ups. The doctor and support staff are cordial and helpful. Charges are nominal and not at all high. I paid 1,000 for the first consultation and 600 for follow ups. (October 2023) Dr. Anju Kumari was our consulting doctor and her diagnosis and treatment was accurate and beneficial for us. She puts you at ease and educates you about your diagnosis along the way. However, after multiple visits, I have noticed the following: Punctuality They are not at all punctual and appointments are delayed by a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes. Valet Availability Could be a co-incidence but whenever I have been here, the valet parking attendant wasn't available and we had to wait for him to arrive. Privacy Lack of privacy. Especially during follow ups when the junior doctor examines you in the reception in front of other waiting patients and hospital staff.

I got my LASIK done at Arohi Eye Hospital a few months back and I couldn't be happier. I visited a couple of hospitals before finalizing Arohi Eye Hospital and here's why I finalized this one: 1. Consultation process: I had many questions regarding pre-op, post-op, risks, possible complications, etc., and Dr Shraddha and counselor Lakshna took the time to address each and every one of them. They also seemed highly knowledgeable and were very transparent about possible side effects, which gave me the confidence to trust them. 2. Dr credentials: I compared profiles of various doctors and was highly impressed with Dr Shraddha's experience. 3. Hospital Infrastructure: I did some research on equipment used by various hospitals and Arohi turned out to be the one with the latest tech in LASIK Finally, all the research came to fruition when on the day of surgery everything was planned to perfection. I entered the OT a bit nervous but Dr calmed me down and when I walked out of the OT and could read all sign boards without glasses, I just couldn't stop smiling. This easily counts as one of the happiest moments of my life. After surgery, Stanley too was extremely helpful with the insurance process and even arranged for all documents to be delivered to my home within a day of my request. The LASIK surgery at this hospital is excellent, and I would highly recommend it.
