Right from the time of making the booking the service was excellent. The person handling the booking made sure that she sent the details very promptly and also followed up up on the day of the journey. The service at the resort too was excellent including the food and other activities. Would definitely recommend this place. Great service and great stay at this place. We had a pleasant stay however, there are a lot of areas to be improved especially on the service. Kindly make arrangements to make a service call from the room as there is no network connectivity. Staff needs to be trained on how to manage the guests.

it's a beautiful place. The location is fantastic . the resort rooms are quite nice .The only issue is there are a lot of insects due to rain. The rooms and bathrooms are not clean. Snail and other insects you can find in the bathroom . if they can take care of the cleanliness a bit then this place would be the best .

The property is located in a beautiful landscape, surrounded by hills.. A lot of activities are available which you could explore during you stay. If you want to just relax, then simply sit near the campfire huts and look through the open sky, green mountains and clouds passing by. The food was really amazing. Ranjith helped us with everything and took care of us which made the stay very pleasant. Thanks for such a wonderful experience

Our two-day stay at this resort was a rejuvenating experience. The peaceful surroundings, well-appointed rooms, and attentive staff ensured our utmost comfort. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the on-site dining options were superb. Ideal for those seeking a tranquil and indulgent escape.

We checked in on a very rainy day. The Way to the resort was pleasant. In the nexts days weather turned out to be nice. We swam in the pool and went on small trek up the nearby hill. Location is great, services are good. But the food was good from our second day of checkin. Make sure you opt for good cottage. Pool side cottage is very basic and feels like cornered.

Budget friendly, huge appreciation for the food and well maintained rooms. They have rooms for all kinds of attendance, Well equipped staff for all kinds of requirements. You will be super happy about the stay.

Serene! Beautiful location and fantastic food makes it a wonderful combination. The staff and management are very kind and polite. Huge property to loaf around and never feels bored. If you are lucky, you'll be accompanied by 2 friendly dogs at the property. A must visit.
