Anjali ma'am is a Yoga professional of extreme calibre, she also guides in weight loss diet which is very useful as just Yoga alone cannot bring good results, so she combines both diet and Yoga like no other teacher. She is very loving and caring person also which binds her students with her for a lifetime.

Hi, Myself Manjusha , I was a reguler student of arogya yoga center for 2 years . Throughout this years I just followed Anjali mam what ever she told me and as a result I gain lots of things. I gain flexibility,strength, confidence . After every session I feel more relax, more energetic and feel active throughout the day. Before joining due to hyper thyroid I feel tiredness and lazy. I cant do daily house hold activities by sitting on floore I was getting legs and knee pain. Very thanks to Anjali mam . she is very enthusiastic and very good teacher. She look after every student personaly and correct their yoga posture and gives excersize as per their stamina. She suggest correct diet as well.She is very good and cooperative person.she is best yoga instructors for all age group.I will suggest to join arogya yoga center for good health( Arogya). I have been doing yoga for almost 3 years now at Arogya centre.After joining yoga class I feel my body has become more flexible.thanks to my yoga teacher Ms. Anjali.she is a fantastic teacher and a lovely person. Her classes are energising .she also pays individual attention to people in the class.I would definately recommend Arogya centre to anyone interested in taking up yoga.

Anjali is quite experienced and efficient in her work as a Yoga instructor and very honestly conducts her work... and has good time management and has skill of understanding and making her student comfortable.

It's been 3months i joined arogya yoga center one of my cousin suggested me to join anjali's mam class and after I joined I feel like it's totally worth it and within short period of time i can see the changes like my stamina level increased I am not getting tired quickly by doing any work and most importantly I am suffering from back pain which is why I decided to join yoga class and trust me i can see the changes and I am sure after certain period I will again share my experience because it's been only three months I can see this much improvement. she is very inspiring and she is very good at taking care of each and everyone.She pays special attention during the class and check whether everyone is doing correctly or not.During class, she also explains the benefits of each and every asanas.
