Highly recommended spot to fetch great relaxation and meditative spa experience. I took benefits of signature Arogya massage which includes pressure points and stretching, which left me overwhelming in stress relived state. Staff is highly trained and very professional . Hygiene is exquisitely taken care of . Worth every penny !!!.
The Spa had amazing ambiance to relax. It was very clean and the staff was were corteous and proffessional and thorough. Apart from the staff the owner himself Sarthak Verma has his expertise with his profession. I wish I was not going home, so i could come in for another treatment. It was a very relaxing and amazing experience. I wouldn't say the ambience was very nice but Mr. Sarthak suggested us good body massage and it was pocket friendly too. My massage therapist was Ms. Bably , she did a great job. Massage pressure was good and it took away all my body pain . I would totally recommend this place .
We had a great experience here in arogya spa. Me and my friend opted a deep tissue massage which is very relaxing. Surely recommend if you are in rishikesh and want a great massage do visit this place.
The most horrible massage I had in India Why will I never come here again? 1) Very high prices and inappropriate approach - for 1200 rupees/hour they propose you a very low pressure massage and "push" you for another one for 3000 rupees/hour with a deep pressure promise 2) Unprofessional massaging - there was no pressure at all and she just covered my back with a cream with very smooth massage. The lady obviously didn't know the techniques. 3) My back is in pain now after 45 minutes of back and neck massage...(( 4) They don't use anything to improve your posture and can't understand why. They have massage tables with a hole for the face but don't use it and it feels very uncomfortable.
My two friends and I got massage services here and it was an amazing experience for three of us. The ambience is decent and overall massage was satisfactory. We highly recommend this place. I specifically want to mention the services provided by Sita who is very professional and gave me a very good massage.
It was a really good massage. Before starting the session I asked the difference in deep pressure and normal pressure. I found normal pressure massage much comfortable with good amount of pressure to resolve knots. Overall experience was really nice.
