Visited the centre for neck strain, imbalance and tension at the back of head due to long working hours. Chief Physiotherapist Mr. Mukherjee suggeste matrix therapy on trapezius and SCM and taught exercises to reduce strain. His friendly nature and confidence helped a lot. The physiotherapists there where polite and friendly. The rooms also were well maintained with good privacy. Symptoms reduced considerably after few sessions and by doing the exercises.
