Arogya Maternity and Nursing Home - Maternity Centre in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

The TPA system is so poor! There too lazy & slow to work. I was admitted on 19th September. Was about to get discharged on 23rd September. On 22nd September I have received the MSG from my Insurance Company that cashless fecility is denied because there was Insufficient medical information provided by the hospital! It included my employee id & a declaration. They could inform me but they didn't. And it got delayed. After requesting to send the necessary info they behaved like he's favouring me! This is a harassment for a patient! This hospital needs to improve the services.

There is high probability you may lost your loved one life in this Hospital. This is all a business institutions not a hospital please visit any other Hospital. doctors administration, staffs all are below qualified.

One of the most third class nursing home I ever seen. they only know how to squeeze money from the patient party. They don't deserve single star also. I want to give them negative marking but unfortunately that is not possible here. I saw it in case of my Mother-in-law and my grand father Recently We admitted our grand father in this clinic with Ref of Dr. A Roy Chowdhury and with in 24 hrs he expire. and they billed nearly Rs. 90000 for 24 hrs. with out doing anything. I would request Dr. Roy Chowdhury not to refer any patent to this horrible nursing home which has no service at all.

There is so many good hospitals in Kolkata you don't need to come here. this hospital is below standard the staff are not qualified and educated. I suspect that doctors are also the same.

1) very very dirty . 2) They do tests and don't provide proper reports when I went for insurance reimbursement I got only 50% as they didn't give me the reports. 3) price charged is very very high as per the service and facilities they provide 4) The food they provide to the patients is loaded with oil.

One of my close relative was admitted due to covid in this nursing home on may 2021. It is the worst nursing home I have ever came across. They are not even well equipped but will charge you a bill 20 times higher as compared to top hospitals in Kolkata.

The main thing of a hospital is to take care of its hygiene and cleanliness but they lack of it....they don't even use sanitizer in this covid situation. I had a horrible experience while my wife's c section over there. I don't want to give a single star to them , they don't deserve even a single star.

Be aware of Dr J.K. Bhowmick. He is a surgeon and he tremendously harmed by 70 years old uncle. He operated something else and wrote a different report. My uncle is sick and now under proper treatment. Because of this wrong surgery and forged report, we were misguided. Shame on your Dr J.K. Bhowmick. May you get what you did to my uncle.
