Worst service doctors are not available at time , they said doctor came around 1 pm ,, now 2:16 still not coming , and this not once happening today, whenever i came in this hospital the doctor is not available, specially the ent specialists doctor , we are waiting from 11 am , when i asked when doctor came then the staff are talking about OT ,, ok fine but the doctor also think about the patients , they are coming from long distance and still waiting and waiting..... Waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting but the doctor is not coming... Then we move to near swagat hospital then .............

We are blessed with a baby girl in Arogya Nursing home recently. Everything went smoothly. First thing i liked the most is the cleanliness, the premise is very clean and well maintained. We stayed in VIP room ( 4500Rs/day), and the service was excellent. The room is spacious with sofa and beds for two attendants, induction plate, saucepan. Nurses will do everything for you starting from bringing water to medicine. Dr Shalini Vasin Baruah was the consulting gynaecologist. She is brilliant, always available, very friendly and vast years of experience. She was like a God to us, we didn't have to worry for anything, she handled it very smoothly. The most important service is provided by Baby nurses. As a new parent we had tough time handling the baby. You can call baby nurses for any issues with the baby 24/7. We called them in the mid night, and they came for our rescue. The nurses showed us how to feed the baby, how to wrap the baby, how to keep her calm. You can even ask them to stay with the mother and child for some time. One small inconvenience may be the ventilation in the building, but as we stayed in an AC room we didn't face the problem. There is no rush either, patients load is comparatively low. We had first class service at Arogya and are fully satisfied.

Great hospital and doctors are so good nd good behaviour

This hospital doesn't even deserve one star. I'm giving one star only because of Dr gautam(junior). Other doctors are just useless with great attitude , zero responsibility.The staff are very rude , I don't know what they think of themselves. Specially the Nurses. Those are not even trained GNM nurses . They are working there with zero knowledge but 2000% attitude. How can these professionals serve mankind with so much ego i wonder. Why do we choose private hospitals??? Because we want quality care, we spend huge amount of money just to get best care , but this hospital only will take your money, and in return they will show you attitude. Please choose some other hospitals for your loved ones.

I found best gynaecologist in this hospital at the last month of delivery. Dr Gautam Kumar Das sir salute to you for your confidence and smooth normal delivery. I really love the hygiene of the hospital. VIP rooms are the best. Thanks to all nursing staff for your support..

This hospital is best in bongaigaon. All the doctors, nurse behavior are excellent and exceptional.The Dr. Gautam Kr.Das the best Gynecologist i have visited so far. There are variety of rooms available for pragnent lady and VIP rooms are the best one.I will Suggest all the pregnant lady to visit this hospital.

I doubt the qualification of the practising doctors in Arogya hospital specifically Dr. Plawan Majumder where in my dad was not consulted for the management of chicken pox instead was suggested to continue with Jhad Phoonk. I myself being a doctor feel ashamed that this is what a healthcare professional's opinion is. No consultation, no antiviral meds, nothing only jhad phook this is what an 8 years of studying medicine teach, deeply ashamed!!

First of all doctors were well qualified.All good equipments were available there.Place is so clean.Also the Nurse and medical stuff were also very good. But why i give 4 star? The reason is its canteen.which is not good.So i kindly request Arogya hospitals members to build good canteen. Parking spaces for vehicles is underground which is very good. It's top site was under construction.So that is little disturbing for patients.
