He knows very well how to trend you , he is very polite & friendly. And how he is dealing to the costumer is Awesome Thank u so much sir make me strong physically & mentally thanks A lot

The place is interesting . One of the best gym in the city in daman I am extremly happy with overall experience they took with needs dedication forwards training for general trainners are very much appreciable totally welcoming and not pretentious at all i m never going anywhere else thank you chase thanx to karthik sir

Best gym around Daman, got all the necessary gym equipment which is required. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always ready to give you the best advice for individual. You can do Monthly or yearly subscription (which is more cheaper)

I love this gym not only it's geographically desirable but also has a very welcoming Karthik sir. This place preety much has everything you need .. most importantly set of trainners. I can't talk enough abt mine ! He is brilliant Karthik sir is the best , no doubt abt that. His skills and techniques are just so amazing. Pushes your threshold higher and higher. He. Knows how to get u sweat like a pig ! He is professional but on breaks lightens you up with a joke or helps stay in the game with his inspiring stories basically mixing fun with fitness guide with the right nutrition highly recommended him no kidding Love you Samir sir!

Hands down, it's the best choice I've made by training at Arnold Fitness Club. VERY friendly team who makes me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Would highly recommend!
