This is a fantastic gym!! The trainer(Sajid Shaikh) is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I have lost almost 23 kg in three months.

It has a beautiful and comfortable ambiance. Located closest to the public transport system with spacious parking facilities and has well maintained equipments. The training is done by the gym owner who has more than 10 years of experience . Had done my training with proper diet planning and guidelines. Had Very Good experience .
