Location: Terrible looking congested streets, it'll be a nightmare for a 4-wheeler to come in. Close to bus stand, hence doesn't feel very safe at night. Room: Spacious enough, AC worked. Carry your own blanket and towel. Bathroom: Worst! No ventilation, stinks musty smell. Horrible looking stained flooring. Can go in & on. Overall, close your eyes and nose, finish your business in the bathroom and get out. Don't let the photos fool you. If you are traveling with kids and families, look for a better place, if there is one in town.
Decent place to crash close to the bus stand. Rooms (esp. Toilets) are quite clean, although not spotless. Mattress and pillow covers were clean. Hot water available. Fast wifi available. Was able to get a comfortable sleep despite the busy bus stand just behind the hotel. Ambiance outside the hotel is not so good. Entry road is narrow. Both due to the proximity to the bus stand. But I did see tempo travellers come in from a different road. Limited parking available. Claims to give free dormitory for drivers, although personally I didn't use. TV available, but remote didn't work. Didn't bother to check since I only stayed overnight. Could have provided complimentary water bottle and toiletries.
i had booked for marriage several rooms . my guest were very satisfied. Even whn i went to visit while booking they showed the room , it was unbelievable with a facility of 4 star hotel. As its located just 50m from Main Bus-Stand ,, u have 24/7 access to restaurants and pharmacy and much more. Great rooms , Very clean and well maintained . Affordable price in best locations . Staffs were very friendly with best hospitality..!
At the time of check out, the receptionist will definitely bargain/negotiate and get you an extra amount from the bill and they will take that money. Kindly be aware while checking in.

This property is listed in OYO and Agoda, if we make the booking and visit hotel post doing payment. Hotel owner will inform us that he don't have tie up with OYO and Agoda, hence we should waste our 2hr time and speak with customer care and ask for refund. Management please take care of this sort of issues, it's your property and you should be responsible, if it's not delisted in other apps means management should raise complaints and remove it. I would recommend at least now take action ASAP.
Decent stay right outside bus stand. Elevator is available!! No disturbance in stay! Good for 1 or 2 night stay! Ceiling fan making weird noises at night, Ac was okok!
Booked this property via Agoda and got confirmation(pre-paid). But after reaching, they told it is already full and they don't accept any bookings via Agoda. The actual scenario was, This is an OYO property, and they had some unresolved issues with Agoda and this is been running for a long time. This is not known to people who make online bookings. They were very careless in their response and asked me to contact a guy who was handling OYO bookings. The worst thing is, he was able to see my booking from Agoda, but he didn't even inform me in prior about their issue. I got to know this only after reaching there. And he simply said if you want refund pls contact Agoda customer service and he can't do anything from his side. I had to change all my plans and also find another suitable property after reaching the destination... A worst experience one can come across. Later I called Agoda and explained everything and finally got 100% refund + 10% of booking fee as compensation in the form of Agoda cash. Bottom line: Never ever book this property via any online platform. Though you get a confirmation for the booking, it is not guaranteed if you'l get the room!.
