ARK HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTRE - Convention center in Mundur, Mundur-II - Palakkad, India

I have never had such a dirty catering service in my life. My friend's reception was there a week ago. When I went to take food, I felt like begger standing there. Please, no one should organize any program there. We will be embarrassed in front of the locals. There is no doubt.service very very worst and food too

ARK hotel is an ideal place for an extremely peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings. It had perfectly sized rooms for us as a couple, and was super clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so I was able to continue with work during the day without a hassle. The food available was tasty and of good quality. They had a wide variety of options. The Kerala special breakfasts are not to be missed.

Disappointing Experience We checked into this hotel with high hopes, but our stay was far from pleasant. When we entered our room, we were greeted by hair on the bed and in the washbasin. It was a disappointing start to our stay, and it left us questioning the cleanliness standards.

For a hotel situated in such a remote place,I can quite safely say that it overperformed my expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the washrooms were neat. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The only drawback was the food. The food was cold and service was slow. Overall, definitely deserves a 4/5

Pleasant and memorable stay. Neatly maintained rooms. Friendly staff. Ample parking area. Delicious food. Kudos to the owner who has taken pains to construct such a luxurious hotel in this locality. Looking forward to many more stays there.
