The view from this bridge on the evenings of full moon days is always scenic

Great view, spoiled by poor design, poor upkeep and bad traffic. Pondy for a town that depends on tourism does not treat outside vehicles with any decency. Unruly and rowdy traffic behaviour that is the least welcoming aspect of Pondy.
