Poor experience overall. A number of mistakes were made during my stay - including with laundry and food. The facilities are run down and not as expected e.g the gym had clearly not been cleaned. The staff were nice and tried to do their best but there was a consistent lack of organisation that led to various issues. The wifi also frequently stopped working and the prices of the food are very expensive compared to other local places. Overall, not a good stay

The hotel is amazing with really comfortable and clean rooms. Room service is a little slow though but you get everything. The only drawback is that the rooms are small but it's compact with all the necessary amenities. Location wise also it's great Checking in and checking out was hassle-free. I would have given five out of five in case the rooms were bigger or cheaper.

Pathetic room service, cigarette smell on room. No soap , shampoo or body wash in bath rooms. No door mat in room . No onetime use slippers....basically third class service and price of food is like 5 star hotel. Example omlette price is Rs 450 !!

The stay in this hotel was great. The staffs are very competent and cordial. They cater to your every request and make sure you have a comfortable stay. The room itself, bed and washroom were clean and tidy. Food was okayish, could be better. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

The behavior of the individuals at the front desk is unsatisfactory. Additionally, they seem to lack the proper communication skills when interacting with guests. Moreover, the hotel lobby maintains an unusually quiet atmosphere, with minimal staff available to assist in the event of an emergency. Furthermore, there is an issue with water leakage in the bathroom.

Came in just for a quick layover. Found this hotel at the last moment to book. To my surprise the hotel was very warm welcoming and great service. Good clean rooms. Would like to specially thank Saraswati at the Front Desk for an amazing check in experience. I've been to a lot of hotels but very few know the actual way of welcoming and checking in a guest. I wish here all the best for her future endeavours. Shez an asset to the hotel. Kudos to the entire team also. Keep up the good work.

I must say that this is the best buisness class hotel located in the heart of Kolkata. Advanced accomodations, courteous staff, delicious foods and amazing views....a highly recommended one for the visitors in Kolkata.
