Booked a car on 15th of july 2023 and waited for almost 3 months for the car and they compelled me to make a full payment before receiving the car and than their drama starts, firstly they told me after i paid the full amount that we will get you a car within 15 days as the car is in transient but after one week i called them and asked about the update,to my utter disappointment they told we didn't get allocation of the car from the plant which shows how unprofessional and liars they are..... finally they didn't manage to give me a car after waiting for three months and i received my payment back.... I didn't recommend anyone to book a car there, they are totally unprofessional especially their MD
I recently purchased a brand new i20 sports from arise hyundai tengpora. The day I booked the car, I was promised to get it within 2 days and will get a discount of 10k which is normally some monthly offer and was also promised to get some accessories from them as well. But then after few days i was informed that the car is no longer available and the car I was shown has already been booked by someone else, which shows their recklessness. So i waited few more days which turned into a week and when I was assured to get a car I made the payment but unfortunately I received the car 4 days after.. Then I was compelled to do insurance through company which was costing me double the price I was getting if I do it on my own.. I was being compelled from every possible way they could, and on top of that they were treating me as if I was taking the car free of cost. They treated me as if they were doing me a favour. And on the day of delivery they denied to give me any accessory which they had promised earlier on the day of booking.. I wasn't even asked for feedback as they knew how terribly bad service they had provided.
I have been their client since 2015. Never been disappointed by them. They Provide Quality Service and 100% Client Satisfaction. Recently purchased Creta 2020 from them. Thank you Arise and specially to the GM.
Staff is not well trained ,they treat customers badly, waiting period is much more than expected ,parking space not avilable if you visit with your own vehicle
No professional ethics as far as staff is concerned. They are hardly concerned about customers. No Delivery on time ... Just fake promises.
Worst service centre, they never give you good after sales service, they will keep your vehicle in garage due to one or other reason and give you long delivery dates as excuses for themselves. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction or update. I regret for purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. And in my opinion all positive reviews are fake ones as far as i know people around me all are complaining same about arise
