A good retail clothing store by Arihant. It's a multi retail brand store. You can find all kinds of cloths starting from inners, thermals,formals,casual & party wears. They have two shops located opposite to each other in sector 21. One section is for kids & females while one section is for men's wear.
November 2021 Review Pls don't even go to this ridiculous store which has completely customer unfriendly behaviour from staff and thoroughly rude and unwelcome attitude and policies from the management. We bought some clothes for our daughter and proceeded for billing and payment. I wanted to pay by debit card but the outlet didn't have a working swipe card machine, as per the cashier. I was told that I would have to go across the complex to your outlet for men's clothing for this. We wanted to give the two pyjamas for alteration while my family waited for me to get the payment done. However, I was told that the staff accompanying me would carry the clothes with him till I made the payment. Really???? So your store policy is such that you will either 1) Suspect that the customer will run away with the clothes before making any payment or 2) Suspect that the card will be declined and that the customer will not be able to make the payment. Doesn't have enough credit. This kind of "customer friendly" behaviour and policies are really shocking and inconveniences the customers. Your manager Mr. Ishwar Chauhan obviously is carrying out your orders. In the whole of my life I have never come across such petty thinking and deeply saddening and distrustful attitude in Gujarat, or India and abroad for that matter. This will probably be my last shopping experience with Arihant. _-------++++++---------++++++-------_ December 2020 review of 2 stars Earlier it used to be quite well stocked and had helpful staff. The store is now larger but not with the right attitude. Also stock is inadequate. We asked for kids (girls') clothing. We were sent to the basement. But there was not enough stock. They had to go get it from above.
Affordable price range.... Sale persons should have been more friendly.... No wide range of collections....
Overall value for money but i got disappointed by they have very few options for ethnic wears...

Too crowded and has no mobile network once you enter the shop since it is located underground. Anyways you get the uniform that you look for. I guess since this shop has all kinds of uniforms available, they're having some sort of monopoly in the market, notwithstanding, they are providing what we as parents/customers want so what's the worry
Uniform got out of stock right a week before school starts! And the limitations is we don't have any other options in city for that. If they have taken this responsibility they should keep enough stock of school dress so that no kids go to school without school dress on their first day of school. Disappointed in Arihant Uniform.
