Nice and clean hospital but staff is careless and laid back and that's the most important point in deciding upon a hospital. They need to improve professionalism in staff.

Unprofessional scheduling, i was told doctor's timing is between 10 to 11.30 and I can come anytime withing that period, but when I reached I was told that doctor will arrive at 11. No respect for patient's and family's time. Also overall there is lack of promptness, clarity and transparency.

Our daughter was admitted under Dr Amit Bang. The hospital is overall very good. The staff is polite. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Nursing staff is also good and responsive. Quality of service is upto the mark. The rooms are spacious. There is ample of parking space in hospital campus. It has less rush as compared to other hospital hence it gives calmness to the patient and his attendant staying here. The hospital has changed quite a lot since my previous visit long back.

My mother has got accident and got sevior problem in shoulder while getting consultaion from Arihant orthopaedic dept they told me have and shoulder crack and ask for keep shoulder band for 2 month and followed by physiotherapy but have no releif from the problem. After taking consultation from with second opion from well known orthopaedic surgeon we have came to know that it's was full shoulder muscles tear which is need to be operated. Don't know how the major problem is not been diagnosed at arihant hospital. Patient is so much suffered since 6 month with pain as not diagnosed the proper cause of problem. Very unsatisfied with the treatment at Arihant hospital.

This is a mid to high range hospital.It started as orthopedic and trauma centre. But now it caters to all specialities (orthopedic n trauma, obstetrics n gynecology, urology, general n laproscopic surgery, neurosurgery etc.) The location has been its weak point, as it is located in the interiors of a colony and not on a direct main road. Its run by a trust and so they have large chunk of land at their disposal. And they have utilized the space well. They have a huge parking. The campus is the most beautiful of all hospitals in Indore. Trees lawns n flowers provide a serene ambience. The hospital has well trained staff. The employees are courteous n ready to help. It has a well equipped n well-staffed ICU with ventilators and other Paraphernalia. The OT complex is one of the best in the city. They have 3 major OTs, 1 eye OT, 1 Infective OT, 1 labour room n 2 minor OTs. There is a pharmacy, which is open 24x7. They also have a canteen which also provides food to admitted patients. The rooms are spacious with a great view. The bathrooms are Clean. All in all this is one of the best hospitals in Indore with state of the art technology, great doctors n staff.

Trust base hospital, But very slow in terms of process. We avoid government hospital just because of it slow and lengthy process, but at arihant we found that government hospital would be much better than this. People are doing just their job. As a hospital staff or as a nurse or as a doctor, once should be sensitive for the patient, for the attender or family members. High on budget when u compare with facilities. Room is not having sufficient lighting. Patient Discharge When we asked to discharge our patient, then they said it will take 1hr (at 9.00am), when we remind again at 10.30am, then we got the replies "abhi to bhaiyya time lagega, bill banega payment hoga, uske baad discharge hoga". If you have ample of time and extra money then this is the right place to treat your patient. All the best.

i dont recommend this hospital to anyone they are very careless people my wife delivered a baby there and my baby have some jaundice symptom so they keep my baby in icu and there is a dangue patient in the same icu and wife have to feed my baby in icu becouse of this my wife having blood infaction how careless people they are the attender who care the dangue patient is helping my wife to feeding please do not go there

Very poor medical procedures and services. Their discharge process is pathetic. If u have mediclaim then god only knows when u will be discharged. Very slow process. Room facilities are also poor. The only thing which can be concidered above average is nursing staff. I suffer two times. I recommend only visit this hospital if you have no other choices.
