But now it's being a place for fine someone or the other get could for not wearing helmet and drink and drive cases many functions and rallies take place organised by our honourable Tamil Nadu police every 3 months once.

It's good landmark for my school days. It's one of the idendification. The new bridge came that period it's to be broken taken step last minute stopped. Adjusted as it is is Arch and also given color painting it's good now. Looking smart view and attractive. Most of the people giving meeting spot that place. Busses and share auto OlA cars all available that spot. Near hotels and hospitals police both.

A famous landmark for Anna Nagar. This is the entry point for anna nagar area. This arch was earlier much crowded with traffic. After the new bridge, this has become a decent traffic and easy to access the roads. This arch connects in Poonamale high road towards central railway station and Koyambedu bus stand.

Skywalk mall,mr hospital are tha some of main places very nearby this arch.. There is separate bus stop for this arch in the name of anna arch or nsk nagar bus stop.. Very busy area looks rushy from 8am to 10pm. Some times even at 11 pm looks Busy... After 11.30 its a damm awesome place we go there to drink tea at late nights...

This is one of the old monument in chennai. Built during 1980 in memory of former DMK secretary Anna. Which is like the entrance to Anna nagar. Which was also named under him. This place is commonly called as Anna arch.

Nice junction.when metro tried to replace it could not then cm asked the officials to keep the statue where it is & diverted the laying route.
