Good facilities except hot water ! Had good stay but bathroom facility is really bad and they are terrible at providing hot water. Othervise staff is good and cooperative . Room tariffs are very high but facilities seems lacking of proper interiors and basic things sometimes. Extra bed and after gst they charge a whole lot than it looks on paper . Also they charged heavily for normal breakfast.

Not good hotel, too costly in respect of rooms and amenities. Ancient building. Shown buffet breakfast but not available. They serve breakfast at room just only Poha and tea. I advise, choose this hotel if you have no other option.

Okayish rooms! Great location (next to bus stand and market)! Stained bedsheets, broken taps, dusty chairs and dirty cupboards. Stay for a night, if you don't have any other choice. Complimentary breakfast comprises of upma and bread butter with dry rusk and tea. Do not go by its name saying it is "international". I was fooled by it too. It is an average ordinary local Indian hotel with "international" just in its name. With rooms at Rs.1.5k per night, it's not worth it. And, do not try to book cabs through hotel, they just make up their own prices. The hotel manager told that he can book a indica car that charge Rs. 13.5 per km and he said he can make it reduced by Rs. 13 per km and he claimed it is the cheapest. I was not okay with it and I searched online for car hire, there were options like clearcarrental who charge Rs. 9.5 per km for the same indica car. So, I went with online booking.

One Word- Horrible. It's a pathetic lodge. - Broken bed - Located in loud vegetable market. - No amenities in room- have to ask for towels and blankets - Smelly toilet, muddy cold water, no soap - Super over priced - Poor room service. Phone doesn't work

WORST HOTEL. UNCLEAN & UNTIDY FAULTY DOOR-LOCK SYSTEM BROKEN BATHROOM FITTINGS POOR SERVICE TOO IRRESPONSIBLE AND ROUGH BEHAVIOUR FROM ADMINISTRATION and LACK OF COOPERATION FROM MANAGEMENT. THEY DON'T ALLOW TO USE ELEVATOR. THEY RESTRICT YOU TO FILL YOUR EMPTY BOTTLE WITH DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL AND COMPEL YOU TO BUY IT. THEY DON'T ALLOW THEIR VISITORS TO SLEEP WELL BY DOING NOISY MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT NIGHT. NO ONE SHOULD STAY HERE TO GET SUCH A BAD SERVICE AGAINST SO MUCH HIGH PRICE!

The best part of this Hotel is Food, Food is awesome. Room was poor. Service is nice, but the Location and Parking is not Proper as per facility.

Peoples are having good nature and helping us for anything....but rooms are not clean and hot water also not coming in bathroom...you have to go out side with bukket to get hot water...

Budget hotel, very noise due to vegetable market. Staff is very good but hotel under maintenance running this time.
