Too Much Crowd In The Ares Gym Type With Cult Fit Gym Not Proper Equipment Please Don't Take Entry In Ares Gym. We I have paid the full Amount There Is On Refund Option I Have Stuck For 1 year.
Sorry to say but gym is very very crowded...it's like a fish market ...there is no option for refund...now I will be struggling for on year ...
A very nice and spacious gym. It is clean and well-maintained. The trainers are experienced and helpful. Great staff and surveillance.
The equipment is decent n size of gym is spacious too. Membership is Budget friendly. The aesthetics of the gym are great. Music played here is good. The studio is nice. The cardio section is great. However, the gym management seems unbothered about Members here not using gym towels on the machines/benches. Sometimes during peak hours stinky, sweaty guys r using the gym without covering the benches. The gym doesnt have air freshners. The managment can look into this. Itl' really make working out in the peak hours more enthu..
Ares gym has been amazing and I highly recommend it. Rayyan Shake has setup a state of the art facility with tons of amenities and brilliant coaches. Most of the coached here are national level athletes who provide injury free training. The environment created in this gym and the team is very positive.I have been taking personal training from coach Sanu since 2 months and this has by far been my best personal training experience. He takes personal interest in the needs and goals for each client every single day and comes up with custom plans for each person. As he has been a national level Rugby player himself he understands what and how people need to improve. I have seen significant inch loss and muscle gain in such a short time, I feel stronger than I ever did. I can lift 50% more than I used to. I also did not realize the mistakes I was making in my technique which could cause damage. Plus, I seen multiple people in the gym with bad injuries like slip disk and osteoporosis in need of physio , walk back with renewed strength and energy. I am very impressed with the gym and the coaches.

Ares gym is nice, I like the friendly neighborhood atmosphere it has!! Glad it's part of Cult so membership is reasonable too..
