Had a great time celebrating my Nieces 2nd Birthday. The food was really tasty, no negatives. The hospitality extended by the staff was very much appreciated. Being walkable distance from Vytilla junction, access to bus hub, metro, ample parking, valet parking are all a given plus. Thanks for the great experience

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip. Below are some of the positives and negatives I encountered: Pros: - * There are multiple modes of public transportation located near the hotel. You can easily walk to the metro station, the bus stop, and the water metro station. * The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is enough space to work and relax. * There are no problems connected to the wireless internet, which is fast and reliable. * Each room is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hair dryer, etc. * Bed linens and bedsheets are clean and fresh, and the beds are comfortable. Cons: - * There is no soundproofing in the rooms, so you can hear a great deal of noise from outside and from other guests. This can have a detrimental effect on your quality of sleep as well as your peace of mind. * Toilets are not well-maintained and stained. You may feel uncomfortable using them and worry about their cleanliness. * Unfortunately, we found the shower gels and shampoo provided by the hotel to be of low quality. The lackluster quality of these toiletries was noticeable, leaving us unsatisfied with our overall bathing experience. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider upgrading the quality of these products to enhance their guests' stay. * During our stay, we were disappointed by the breakfast options offered by the hotel. The limited variety and unappetizing choices left much to be desired. It was particularly disappointing to find the absence of basic breakfast items such as bread, jam, eggs, and coffee. Moreover, we were disheartened to discover that coffee was available at an additional charge, which is not usually expected in a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the hotel's decision to serve tea in disposable cups, reminiscent of those used in trains, did not contribute to a pleasant breakfast experience. * Regrettably, we did not feel that the hotel was a family-friendly environment. The presence of drunk individuals in the lobby was concerning and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the noise associated with these situations could be heard throughout the premises, which detracted from the overall comfort of our stay. We recommend the hotel management take appropriate measures to ensure a more suitable and secure environment for families and other guests.

Special mention about the bar and its staff- hospitality...way and above. Special mention about prabhas- made our day with his outstanding service!!

We had a birthday function here and it was an awesome experiance. For a small program i would certainly recommend this place.
