Actually I wanted my customised product in an hour, but I have got it in just half an hour..owner and the people there are very friendly..I liked the way everyone spoke to me..I think the best gift shop around ! Felt very happy and satisfied shopping here
1 star for the bad customer experience. The owner is short tempered & doesn't even know how to speak with women. Adding to that they do a scam of silver coins above 500 Rs etc. Which they say no stock available. Archies should look into it.

Outdated articles. Not contemporary . You may get better and modern articles from outside at lower price. Greeting cards available but they are dirty and old. All types of cards mingled. They are not even segregating them. It kills your time a lot . It's a Poorly maintained shoppe.
Worst experience.. it's the first time I visited, but the price is to much even for a normal product.. packing is not that good.. it we want good packing we need to give some extra money.. overall it's not upto the mark
