I visited 2nd time for my wife checkup...such a worst experience it is...so much negative vibes in the hospital..if you will feel the same please dont go again..Reception lady is very very rude & so unprofessional in talking... They have charged 700 for consultant fee..& also charged 700 again after 6 days just to check the reports... Doctor is very lazy in nature..she is like she is now bored with her work..she suggest my wife to take unwanted pills for 20 days..which doctor said this to their patient ? We are there to conceive the child not taking advice of having a pills.. Just after this i went to another hospital which is nearby FRI gate & i got such a good response over their.. Please dont go there..

Our experience at Archana Hospital was marred by the consistently rude behavior of the staff. The Gynaecologist displayed obstinate behavior, making communication challenging. Moreover, the locality lacked essential amenities like food options, restaurants, and other necessities. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the services at Archana Hospital appeared overpriced, contributing to an overall negative experience.

If it's your first pregnancy do not visit this Dr... For you it's very special but the doctor will make you feel like it's regular business.. Certainly she is not running a hospital but a business.. Patient come and go but the human touch and empathy is missing from the doctor and especially from the staff. Staff is rude, patient's time is not valued. If you are visiting for the first time for pregnancy take atleast 3-4 hours spare to spend here. Pathetic experience. Will not take my wife here again... #Soochnajanhitmeinjaari

Dr. Archana is experienced but very few of her staff are well trained professionals. They can do mistakes which can trouble you for sometime. Everything else seems good so I am giving her 4 stars.

Not good Doctor is busy all the time in watching share market status. Patient paid for consultation but he is busy in observing share market. Besides this doctor will write various test and after medicine of More then one month also no relief to my mother. I will not recommend him at all. But i request to Doctor please see patient, not share market. They have paid you for consultation. Earlier i got operated for stone by him long back then i requested for proper Bill because i was expecting bill rembersement from insurance company then he charged 2500 extra for bill. Later i didn't got the claim also from insurance company. So i personally had very bad experience. I am sorry for writing this but i am writing what i experience. Most important when ever any pateint go for consultation he is busy in observation of share market. I just have a question in my mind, can a doctor be so efficient that he can observe pateint and share market simultaneously at the same time Doctor sahab see patient not share market.

Very rude staff and doctor both..they are just looting the patients with useless cost..don't ever go there for your treatment

Hey guys I am sharing my experience after almost two years for this place I mean the hospital. We will start one by one step. We had total around 20+ visit in this hospital. First the knowledge of the doctor Mrs Archana is next level. She can judge your health with face expression. Secondly, for waiting time is way too high for get consultation with doctor. But it's ok if you have huge trusted patient then this will happen. Thirdly, you have option to choose for rooms while your patient is going to admitted in the hospital. Like ac ,non a c. Fourth, while you admit in the hospital staff is available 24 hours to assist you or any emergency situation. Quick, friendly and co operative staff. I highly recommend this place. Thanks.
