Rooms were not clean at all. It seems they directly handed over the rooms which were already used by other guest. There is the bar in the ground floor, you will find smoker and drinkers in you way to hotel. Lots of mosquito in the room on request they sprayed the mosquito repellent.

Like actually this hotel is amazing. It's worth every penny. The room, service of the staff and the location is awesome. It's located just opposite of the ksrtc bus stand which makes a traveller easy to get a cab. Highly recommended.

Ideal location. Close to KSRTC Bus stand and other places of interest. Friendly and efficient front office. Room service was also quick. Good, Clean rooms. Value for money.

The location was awesome and room is small but still sufficient for two persons. Cleanliness was good enough. It lacks only in service part. You need to pay for drinking water which is not acceptable. The lobby area lacks proper ventilation. There was no tea cutlery in room which should be provided for this category of hotel. There is no breakfast option available in hotel. If the service and sense of hospitality could be made a bit better, then it could be one of the best in 3 star category.

Just superb. The rooms are biggest highlight of the whole family trip. Jus enjoyed the stay. The facilities are of high quality. Looks brand new. The food served is also excellent. More over the hotel is budget friendly

Worst experience that i never had before. Very bad smell getting at the entrance there is a bar at ground floor, the cigarettes smell is spreading over all the places like lift, floors and rooms as well, we immediately checked out from the hotel. Highly not recommended for couples and families.

The hotel is perfect and cheep. The rooms are very clean and the staff amazing. In particular Neethu was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located next to the bus station and in front of the hotel there is the best bar in Allepay: Cafe Paradise.

Nice and good hotel to stay with good hospitality and clean rooms. Appreciate Ranjan and Neethu for their support and guidance regarding "HouseBoats" and telling us about the Allepey speciality. Hotel is at affordable rates and at reachable distance for all tourists spots.
