I didn't stay there. I only had lunch with my family. The food and service were good. I was hoping to see a menu, they said they didn't have one.
A good hotel with polite staff and clean rooms. Tasty foods available with bar facilities. Car parking available. Swimming pool , gym etc are also available here. Only thing I feel the management to improve is to provide morning tea or coffee on order. Because when I ordered morning tea the staff replied the restaurant will open 11 am. Near by restaurant like Udipi available for tea, coffee and breakfast.
Ambience above par. Food was below average. Just a place to Hangout, nothing more nothing less.
The worst biriyani which I had recently. Ordered chicken biryani and the rice was not boiled and there was chicken curry in it.. not being a foodie if I didn't like it , imagine how it would be for food lovers !
We had a delicious lunch from Arcadia and all the dishes are tasty. Good service and the restaurant is very clean, beverages also available inside the bar and it's family friendly.
Visited Sky Lounge. Surprised by the ambiance. Never expected something like this in Karukachal. Ideal for family outing.

Sorry for giving a bad review because when I visited this place to have some food it took so much time to bring the food and the waiters approached me like they were so afraid and in a huge hurry ,After having the food they(waiters) didn't even care to take the plates off from the table the plates were on the table till we leave 'Please tell them to clear the plates as soon the customers finish their food The parking facility was good The boy at the parking lot behaved so well Overall I am giving a average rating
