Nice and prompt service. I had booked Hotel and Taxi for Shimla and Manali last week of Feb 2023. Good hotels with great ambience and service at both places. The taxi driver was polite and well versed with the routes and site visits. It was bad experience for booking kasmir package. They said that they provide deluxr room in package but there are no such facility avilable at hotel. While we have raise issue they said that we will solve issue but not single issue solve by agency. My entire tour got spoiled because of this stay in hotel provide by agency. I would not recommend this agency for travelling.
