I will never forget ARC International Fertility And Research Centre hospitality as a foreigner. we're now pregnant 18 weeks +.I would like to thanks all the Doctor, staff, front desk, nurses, lab, and embryologist are amazing and so kind! Especially Dr.Chandrani saha is such a terrific doctor. She is patient and understanding and made us feel like we were heard and not simply another number. She spent time to answer our questions. Dr. Chandrani Saha is such a great, informed doctor and is well worth it. My treatment at the center was long and sometimes it was emotionally draining, but branch Manager Devi Mam tried to make me feel better. Devi Mam always answers my questions and takes time going over any concerns, and never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend this Hospital for everyone who is going through the difficult journey of infertility!!

I visited the hospital in Vellore i am very unhappy... In media they spoke so much about the hospital regarding concession but when went there they told the date for offer is over ... Because we come from Bangalore that dosent mean we have lots of money in hand to spend Dr did speak to us properly she saw our old report and told us to take few test and then she her self decided about our treatment when we go a hospital we go with so much of mental stress Dr should learn to counsel the patients when we see her but she did not i was really not happy pls don't watch any add in the social media and go there if u go then money waste.... Never expect that we come from the hospital with so much pain not only money but also mentally .... They think when we are from Bangalore we have lots of money to spend but they have to understand we also come with so much hope that we also have financial crises... Esp the Dr Devamani she never gave u s space to speak at all she decided everything only seeing a report. she never even consulted us properly that's the worst part i have gone to so many hospitals they use take care of us so well mentally they prepare us but here the Dr decided everything which is really bad ... bcoz of financial crises we seek hospital who really helps us but sad it's all the same chumma in media they say this offer we give we assure u .... But all is fake once u go there till u pay they won't leave they force us to do the test ... Am very unhappy with hospital learnt a very big lesson .... Thanks ARC

Fan and AC not working last few months very difficult to inside

Most of the A/C are not working even in reception also not working. Here air ventilation is very less so you feel very tired inside the hospital. Most important is after ET you will stay in room 15 days, AC run but not cool and in washbasin came bad smell. Staying in summer such difficult.

Hi...i am from Bangalore And I came to vellore Arc for my wife treatment. We saw lots of videos of Dr.Mahalakshi speech. So that we plan to come for Vellore Arc. We thought that Dr. Maha Lakshmi Will be there so I bring my wife for treatment to vellore. But after coming only we know that Dr. Maha mam is in Chennai. So we felt that to go for Chennai. But I came to know about Vellore chief doctor Dr.Devamani pandiyan. So my wife told 1st we get consultation with Dr. Devamani pandiyan. She told. So we waited for more than 6 hours to see him. After that we went in. Only 1 minute she speaked with me. Thatsolve what she told also I don't know that solve consultation finish they told to go. What is this. For this sake ah we came from Bangalore. Waited for 6 hours. And travelling 4 hours totally we spended 10 hrs for this 1.min Consultation. Very vast doctors in vellore. No humanity. When we are sitting in waiting area there is so much noise and bad words coming outside from doctor cabin. It don't look like a hospital it's like a market. For coming treatment like us. There is a lot of fears and expectations in our mind. That time we will expect for a calm and good atmosphere. But we get like this atmosphere only. Very bad experience had in vellore. After consultation one lady explained me about our treatments then only we were aware of our treatment till that we are blank After seeing doctor also. My friends many of them advised me to go for other hospital but my wife only told. we go and see Dr. Maha mam. Because she is very talented doctor that's why we came here. But here totally very worst doctor. Here after we will continue our treatment in Dr.Mahalakshmi mam place itself. No more Dr.Devamani pandiyan and vellore branch.

I came arc hospital today.here staffs are very good.iam happy with that treatment continue again.allready i have one kid treatment in arc only .Now I need second kid again i will come here.thank arc.thank every one

Nice experience. Till now I am in the middle of the process and satisfied with the process . The admin has been very supportive and prompt to solve any query.ever since I met Devi mam here my worries have ended. She has taken care of my case if it is her own . It's my advise to everyone whoever want to go through this treatment should approach to Devi mam .she can guide and take care better than anyone else.
