Okay! So just visited with my lovely wife , had a south combo(includes mini dosa, 1 idali,1 medu vada, shira, upma, red & white chutney sambar), podi cheese ghee masala dosa, podi ghee idali 12 pcs, filtered coffee, and tea. dont have dosa picture because couldn't control nd killed dosa before taking picture okay so let me tell you in detail, 1st combo was very good shira was awesome dosa was bit soft but taste was good, idali & wada is also great with great taste of red tomato chutney, and authentic sambar, upma was okay as compared to other items, about podi masala dosa what can i say !!!! it was just delicious.... must try !!!!.... podi ghee idali having heavenly taste.... tea was good filtered coffee was strong if you want less strong then just tell them before order.... overall great experience we'll definitely visit again second visit : just like i said i visited for 2nd time and i got disappointed this time becouse i ordered maysore cheese masala dosa... but the taste of that is completely similar to podi masala dosa...no cheese at all.... so i recommend to not buy that insted you can have masala podi dosa..... and another dish was idali wada.... idali was hot nd great in taste but wada mostly disappointing the most first time when we ate that time its so good another time they just gave us refried wada so check before order..... one less star for second visit.... (for restaurant -look forward for 3rd visit so that i can improve your stars)

Isn't that strange that a hotel owner blaming customers taste buds rather than accepting that something may have gone wrong with the food quality? I posted a photo as well if your tomato rice but i am sure that you are more busy with defending than simply checking what went wrong? India has 28 states, you are equating success with 3 outlets. I think you would have gotten more outlets had you have attitude of accepting the feedback. I shared the pics, names of the manager's who were physically available yesterday during my visit but still bro, you are only defending than looking into the issue. Just look at your response to positive feedback given by other customers, you are so receptive towards those who talk good about you but when some genuine feedback with regards to improvement comes, you are blaming the customers expectations and taste buds. Funny isn't it? So many red flags, others please choose wisely. We have plenty of options for South Indian food, mahalaxmi temple is surrounded by food carts who sell amazingly good South Indian food that is pocket friendly too. I rest my case. Best of luck with your restuarant.

Dont you think that the people who visit your restaurant should say that you sell authentic food than you youself claim to be authentic? If you are not physically managing the restaurant then i think you should. You should be proud when customers feel value for their money post visiting your restaurant. You should be greatful that you are getting genuine feedback so that thing's can be looked into and improvise from there onwards than the fake reviews posted on your restaurant wall on sticky pads. Who makes chutney out of dry coconut? Who uses instant dosa better in a restaurant who ONLY sells South India food? Who serves Masale Bhaat in the name of authentic Tomato Rice? Upon that you are saying that you are authentic restuarant. It should be an eye opener for you.

Authentic, Tasty, Fresh and Great Service. Must Visit!

Pathetic food quality. I visited Aravindham Hotel today and ordered Tomato Rice with Masala dosa. They served masale bhat with dosa made out of instant dosa flour. The coconut chutney made out of dried coconut with no flavour, no seasoning. I couldn't finished more than 2-3 bites of dosa and tomato rice. They claim to be specialist in south Indian cousine but guess what the local street side carts serve better south indian food than Aravindham hotel. The hotel manager Madhuri was less concerned about my experience about the food. I paid Rs 225 and left the hotel. Please DO NOT visit, they are making fool out of us.

We ordered Podi ghee idli, wada sambhar, Onion uttapam, onion tomato uttapam, plain rava ghee dosa along with 4 filter coffee . Food was delicious authentic south indian taste in kolhapur
