I am writing this review after 3 months of joining Aravind Yoga Center. This is One of the Best Yoga Center. The yoga masters inquires our reasons for joining yoga and guide us with asanas accordingly. I was able to realise the transformation both physically and mentally after practising yoga, regularly for 3 months. All three - asanas, breathing exercises and mediation are practiced in every class, thereby not compromising on any aspects of Yoga. The Yoga masters also explains the benefits of asanas, breathing exercises and meditation frequently. Great yoga practices, very helpful kind and friendly teachers. Ganesan sir and Bahrati Mam are very supportive and encouraging... their yoga practices are very helpful for all kinds of problems. Very affordable too.. would highly recommend!

I joined this Yoga family a month back. My friends mom inspired me to join this yoga family. Now I feel I am in the right place. I slowly feel my rigid body getting flexible. I am happy that I could do this in the first month inspite of my health issues and ortho issues. All thanks to yoga master. I am looking forward in improving more under master's guidance.
