Aravind Medical Centre - Hospital in Chavara - Kollam, India

Poor medical service! Some of good doctors are here for the service but the poor hospitality makes this hospital bad. It's a very known old hospital which has be renovated recently. The receptionist are very rude to the patients and they used to make the patients wait for longer periods unnecessarily. Myself witnessed a case where a 6 year old child camed to the hospital in an ambulance which he/she was covered in bedsheets and blankets, a tube were connected in his nose and the child was unconscious. The driver camed out of the van and asked the security guards to take the child in a stretcher but he refused it and send them to the reception to take the admission. Even when the driver was standing in waiting line the guard camed again and shouted to him to take out the van from the front of hospital and keep it to the parking area . The guard should take out the child from the van before this neither he must have called any other person to help it out. This incident was happened at 29-12-2021 at 8:30 am. Everyone who was there at the hospital felt bad for this situation and helped him out to make the procedures fast.

Everything is so far good . Really like this area infront of pharmacy..feel so positive

Good infrastructure, doctors and all other services are very good in giving basic medical services for common diseases to our gram and have more than 25 years service expert Ness in the medical services to the community. Conducting several camps to eradicate and control health issues in the community.

Previously, they had good doctors and staff. Now they are looting people.

Have pay ward room with average quality.Have a 24 hr casualty with good emergency attendese.Like every private hospital charges will be as compared to government hospital.
