Long Time Waiting for Doctor Visiting Morning 8'o Clock Check in But Afternoon 12'o Clock Time Going on Doctor Not Visiting & Patient Waiting Area Chair Increase Some Old Age Patient Standing on 1 Hour Plz Consider Tq

The moment we enter into the hospital the nurses behaviour was very rude towards the patient and the attenders,the sisters are not having the capacity to understand the patients situation and their problems this is not the first time I'm seeing this . The hospital is the place where the people should feel free to talk about their problems not the place to show your anger the management should take action towards this orelse the blame which the hospital has gained will spoil don't treat the patients as ur servents and please don't make them wait for a long time .....

Very much helpful for people from lower to middle class. Free medical section is functional on all working days. In paid section also the fee for consultation and other charges for scan, etc. are very nominal. Medical care is good. Only big draw back is there is no lift facility for underground floor, where glaucoma and retina sections are functional.

Giving this rating for patient response. Even though we go for get clarify any doubts on the report they given, even if its a next day, they do all procedure and make us wait for more than 3 hrs. No one understand what is our need and how its supposed to he handled. For every person irrespective of our purpose of visit they treat all same. When there is huge crowd, but mostly single consultant available to check, thats while it take 3 hr time to finish the visit. The suggestion given by doctors also vary in same center. Treatment are cost effective, but some logic approach required on patient handling.

Hai Myself Yuvaraj, Last month I did a lasik surgery in aravind hospital , salem. It was a good experience for me. All staff's are so good . Especially Yamuna Devi mam and Dr. Anuja mam , they're so kind and friendly . For eyes it's a good hospital. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Staffs and nurses are very polite and helpful. Only drawback is the timing taken for visiting the doctor overall very good service.

I did my Lasik(PRK) Zyoptix one month ago here , I had very good experience with the staffs and doctors. Miss Yamuna Devi mam explains everything clearly abt the procedure and clears all the doubts regarding the surgery. Very poor service ,I come for eye power checkup 10.30 I go home 3.00clock.4hours for power checkup.very very poor service.i hat aravind service .any other eye hospital only half hour for check up
