A follow-up appointment was scheduled after 21 days, and I'm pleased to share that my father's eyes are now in good condition. Hi, i am taking a regular check up in this hospital and the new building services are good but when my father in law went to a room called room no. 16 "Glaucoma" there are no seats to sit on and it is very crowded it is a small room for 150+ patients(I counted approximately) in that room every one was fighting for the seats and they are old people who are more than 45 to 75 years old and the reasons are reasonable. If we don't allow them to sit they are getting angry on the other side The doctors are less but they are calling fast I request aravind eye hospital to control the crowd and build another room for who is 50+ aged the suggestion note dont have any pen to wright I think children's are taking the pen to their house I don't know about other rooms in hospital

Good well maintained eye hospital in Tirunelveli, TamilNadu . Queue system maintained well. Public Calling via mic and speaker which is definitely helpful . They can manage the crowd easily. Well organised queue system. Cheaper cost. Looks like they are not money oriented . Good job hospital management . Keep up your good service

We visited the hospital yesterday (06/04/2023) for the first time from Kerala. As compared to hospitals in Kerala, op registration started from 7 am followed by checkups and doctor consultation at 7.30 am. If you were in Kerala, this process should start by 10.30 at least. It was a good crowd but everything was managed very well. I was able to get out of the hospital around 2 o'clock after processing each section and doing various tests. If I was in Kerala, it would have taken at least 4 days. Anyway, overall it was a good experience. ***Just a suggestion, I have come from Kerala for my mother's check-up. Security was not allowing anyone inside with the patient. 'Language' was a problem for the elderly mother, so shouldn't a concession be given in such circumstances? I know it was for crowd control though...

I have been visiting Aravind since childhood. Its our family eye hospital. The difficulty that we face is, we stay there for long hours and many muslims are visiting everyday. So, we need a small cabin or some arrangements where we can pray. We often have to walk far from Aravind for this purpose. This is inconvenient. If you can make such arrangements, we would be more satisfied

Time management not satisfied for outpatients. Dear sir/ Madam, We (myself and mother) visited Arvind Eye Hospital, Tirunelveli on 03.10.2023. OP lacks patient management, there are staff to handle it but due to not proper systematic operation flow everything is getting affected and causes long wait time. Staff are trying to do their best, we appreciate. Strongly recommend to re-structure the OP Flow Process in order to reduce the patient waiting time. Very poor in time management, people who value time don't consider this hospital. Accepting outpatient more then the manageable and available capacity.
