Aratt Mansion - Hotel in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

This should be a great place to stay but unfortunately it is a bit rundown. It must have been dream house when new. The owners have probably neglected it resulting in all sorts of little things that make the experience when staying here less than ideal. For instance, the pool was completely non-functional. The tiles of the pool had come off or were coming off and hence the pool was not maintained; algae and other dirt were in the water. The room in which I stayed had water stains probably from a leak. The bathroom ceiling was losing its plaster. The outside furniture is a bit old. In fact, I fell off a chair because the armrest came off unexpectedly while I was sitting on the chair. Lastly, we had some close encounters with large cockroaches.

Great place by the water to relax. Its a villa that you can rent completely, enjoy the location on complete privacy. Wonderful hospitality. They have a personal pool. A treat to stay for a weekend, especially in covid times. Basic food is made by the resident cook, you may also order online through swiggy etc. Worth every penny. We stayed here with family for 2 days. The house is lovely. The pool is awesome. The view is great. The help were polite. Just wouldn't go with the food made by them but otherwise quite helpful and nice. Definitely recommend

Fantastic villa rental, good staff who are amazing cooks. Portage pool is wonderful overlooking the backwaters. Ideal for a relaxing break. Only down side is there are very few things around the villa, so you always need to travel!

Lovely place at an awesome location...the house is very spacious and posh which Includes all the facilities.. The view is so elagant...its a must visit place in kochi... Location is so good that it has all the natural beauty and very close to the town... Perfect for a family get together..

Good rental which values privacy. Hygienic, neat, service. Good food as well. Couldn't take much pictures.

Everything about this place was amazing! I really wished I could extend the stay more. And moreover rooms were clean and neat. property is very good with full greenary.
