They are about to close the shop it seems. Monthly savings scheme closed for me (28 months scheme), however they had no jewels collection (Except few sets of Gold stud and some silver items) asked us to order and they will deliver in 20-40 days. Worst thing even for gold coins they asked lead time of 45 days. This was informed when we go for purchasing after completing all dues. There is no proper person take responsibility to solve the issue of customers.

Recently I purchased a couple ring from bhima for my wedding with our names written on it,within 3 days names written on it was eroded.The making charges was also sooo high compared to other shops.

Very worst customer service.. They dont know customer values.. Wastage rate are too high.. Initially they told 14% wastage.. After bargain they said 9%...gold collection also not good... Not satified with staffs
